Return Policy

LaMere Cycles Return Policy


LaMere’s return policy for all products purchased at its store or through its website are limited to the following express terms and conditions:


Products Not Subject to Return

The following products cannot be returned, exchanged or subject to any credit by LaMere, unless otherwise covered by an express warranty from LaMere or manufacturer:

  • Custom built bikes and wheels

  • Products sold "On Sale" or at a discounted price.

  • The sale of products shipped outside of the United States.

  • Excluded Products


30 Day Returns

All other products may be returned for a full refund if delivered to LaMere’s store within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product, or pick up from LaMere. To qualify for a full refund, all returned products must be undamaged, in new condition and with all original packaging. Items that are returned with damaged or missing packaging will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Refunds should be requested by emailing or giving us a call at 612-315-3905.

All eligible refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Cash or check payments will be subject to a cash refund.

  • Credit card payments will be subject to a credit against the card originally used to make the purchase.

  • Debit card payments will be refunded through a credit on the debit card.

  • Payments made through our website will be subject to a refund through the same payment method used (Credit/Debit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping costs for a purchase shall not be subject to refund, unless the product was originally delivered to the buyer in a damaged condition.



  • Please allow 1-2 weeks once the item is received to process the refund.

  • LaMere reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion.



LaMere Cycles is not currently offering exchanges. If you need a different item than the one you purchased, please submit your return first, and then place an order for the correct item.


Returning of All Qualifying Products

To qualify for any refund, products must be returned to LaMere’s store within the time periods set out above, or shipped back to LaMere subject to a “Return Merchandise Authorization” from LaMere. The product must be shipped back to LaMere within thirty days after receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization. Customer shall pay for all shipping costs associated with any return.
